Information on Your Credit Report Services:

I. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) allows an individual to obtain a disclosure from every Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) of the nature and substance of all information at the time of the request. Full disclosure of information at Equifax, Experian or TransUnion must be obtained directly from the CRA by calling:

II. You understand that the credit report is being provided by Equidata and that Equidata is not a CRA. Equidata and its products are solely mechanisms of communication for you to obtain the credit report and/or monitoring, and/or score product, and assumes no responsibility or liability for information contained thereof.

III. You are entitled to receive a disclosure from the CRA free of charge under the following circumstances:

A. You have been denied credit, insurance or employment within the past sixty (60) days as a result of my credit report.
B. You certify in writing that you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the 60-day period beginning on the date for which you made the certification.
C. You are a recipient of public welfare assistance
D. You have reason to believe that my file at the agency contains inaccurate information   due to fraud
Otherwise, the CRA may impose a reasonable charge for the disclosure.

IV. The FCRA permits an individual to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in his/her credit file. The individual understands accurate and verifiable information cannot be changed.

V. An Individual does not have to purchase credit report or other information from Equidata to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in Equifax, Experian or TransUnion credit file.

VI. FREE TRIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you order any Free Trial, and/or accept any Free Trial Offer, you agree to provide ZAAZOOM with billing and credit card information on the condition that your card will not be charged until the termination of the free trial period as stated in the offer, except with respect to any authorized shipping or processing/setup fee. When you order a free trial, you have until the end of the stated free trial term within which to use and evaluate the product or services and see the results and benefits for yourself. If you are satisfied with the product or services, simply do nothing. Your trial will automatically convert to a regular membership and you will continue to receive the products and/or services. REFUND POLICY

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time for a FULL refund, as long as you have not used the Credit Monitoring  service within the billing cycle. THERE WILL BE NO PRO-RATED REFUNDS. Please allow up to TWO billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND FRAUD RESOLTUTION

ZAAZOOM and its payment processing affiliates have a zero tolerance policy for fraudulent transactions, including the use of unauthorized credit card information as payment for products and services. ZAAZOOM will prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards information to the fullest extent of the law. In the event of a claim of unauthorized credit card or fraud, you agree to assist ZAAZOOM in the timely and complete resolution of the claim, including where applicable the provision of other or additional credit card information on your account.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

Your membership automatically renews on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your membership prior to any monthly billing cycle by calling customer service at 1-866-592-6443 or visit our customer support site at www.cancelcr.com . Your free single credit report is yours to keep just by signing up for the trial offer. Once you cancel your membership, you will no longer be billed. ZAAZOOM reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and/or cancel your membership at any time without notice.
