ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR TEMPORARY INJUNCTION
THIS CAUSE came before he Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Injunction at a hearing conducted on June 8, 11, and 13, 2007. Based on the foregoing, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Injunction is GRANTED consistent with the ruling (including all of the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law) that the Court rendered in open court and on the record on June 13, 2007. At the conclusion of the hearing, Plaintiff’s counsel was directed to file the transcript of the Court’s ruling with the Court. Upon filing of the transcript of the Court’s ruling, said transcript shall be incorporated into this Order by reference. The effective date of the Court’s ruling and the granting of the Motion for Temporary Injunction is June 13, 2007.
